Trump is in the mindset of just letting the pandemic run its course. Remember the energized effort to reopen everything immediately came after it was found that the virus ? was disproportionately affecting minorities.
FEAR – was ignited in our country after the emancipation of slaves. Former slave holders feared the free slaves would retaliate against their former owner for the years of cruelty bestowed upon them.
FEAR – was incited during reconstruction when blacks began to build profitable communities and hold public office. Thus, was the inception of the KKK. Statues were erected of confederate war criminals to remind the blacks that though they lost the war, the battle continues.
FEAR – Voting Blacks would have a voice for change. Poll taxes were initiated, and your grandparents had to be registered to vote in order for you to vote. Clan members scared would be voters away.
FEAR – All black men want to do is rape white women. In actuality it was the white slave holder who raped black women.
FEAR 2020 – The playbook is still the same. Fear of people that don’t look ? like you. All they want to do is destroy everything you have. This fear was not created by black people. It was institutionalized by whites who felt blacks have to be managed and controlled. Today, the echoes of George Wallace scream the message racism under the cover of fear.
LAW AND ORDER – Once FEAR has been ingrained into the mind, the control factor of LAW AND ORDER is introduced. Then starts the message of; they have to be controlled, if not they will be in your homes, your suburbs and your schools. Law and Order in the sixties was protesters being beaten with batons and having the black skin on their bodies sheared by the force from pressurized fire hoses.
FEAR breeds division, Division breeds hostility. Hostility is a catapult of Hate.
Blacks were never seeking revenge after being emancipated. They sought after equality.
The most dangerous racist, are those who don’t know they are one. They say law and order when they mean I’m afraid and the blacks have to be controlled.
FEAR – causes people to close their eyes. You will never understand what you refuse to see.
FEAR – Out of the files of the past the president has now brought back the fear of having minorities in the suburbs. This fear is directed at white women and white men. For the white women, the fear of black men wanting to rape them is stirred up. For the white men it’s the fear of their woman being raped by black men. The fear extends to insinuate that crime will increase and property values will decrease.
We must understand fear causes people to act irrationally, especially when the promoter promises destruction imminent. Fear blurs the facts and distorts reality. No one plays the game of fear better than Trump. I believe fear is a core component of a bully. Without fear a bully has no power. Trump has used the self-prediction of fear of the unknown future to divide and conquer. The fear of others and anyone unlike him, he has caused people to close their eyes to facts, reality and anything resembling the truth. If we as a country would take to time to be calm, we would open our eyes and see the thing we should fear and promote to remove from office is the perpetrator and promotor of fear. Remember the boogieman when you were a child. How many times did he actually show up to claim your life?
