There is not a scripture in the bible that instructs you to love yourself. That’s because loving one’s self is a primal natural tendency. However, we are instructed to love our neighbor as ourselves. That’s where the real work begins.
Regardless of their crazy thoughts and After everything they said about you; lied on you and even shown hate toward you. Still, we must work to show love. That’s where the real work begins, because Love is an action word.
Hate is easy and requires no courage or character. Hate hides behind principles that always end in the destruction of lives. Hate hides under the premise of superiority when it is actually the vilest side of primal human thought.
I am working harder today than yesterday in spite of everything going on in the world right now to follow the instructions and love my neighbors.
