Since the Presidential Election and after losing by over 7 million votes the current president is claiming to be a victim of a conspiracy launched by the Democrats to steal votes that should have went to him. He accuses his opponents of submitting millions of fraudulent votes against him. He claims he and his supporters are victims of a stolen election. Point of information; one can not be robbed of something they never possessed.
In actuality, the real victim is Democracy and our system of government established to hold free and fair elections. The real victims are the 80 plus million voters who made their presidential selection with every expectation their vote would be counted. I would also offer that the 74 million trump supporter are also victims in that they are being deceived by a man who refuses to accept reality, defeat and is in a state of delusion.
Remember Donald Trump started sharing that the presidential election was rigged in 2016. That’s right, the previous election. Of course, after he won that claim was no longer aired. Prior to the 2020 election Donald trump started once again to claim the election is rigged. He despised and hated the fact that many states in the midst of a pandemic was seeking ways for the more American citizens to have the opportunity to vote. He understood based on his pole numbers that he did not have the support of a majority of the American electorate.
The plan quickly became to suppress the votes of American citizens by way of the postal service, removing assessable voter locations, and a war on mail in ballots claiming there would be mass fraud. I preface what I am about to say with, I am not a democrat or a republican at this time. I have been both in life but feel at this point politics is very divisive forcing people to choose aside regardless of the discussion. Now if the current president who claims to be the smartest man he knows, knew the election was rigged years before it even occurred, How is it that the democrats are so smart that they could pull off mass voter fraud in several states and hide all of the evidence? To date trump has only been able to make the assertion of fraud without providing any valid quantified examples. This would mean that the republicans are so stupid that even when they are forewarned of mass fraud, they are unable to identify and expose it. Keep in mind trumps own government said this was the most secure election ever.
The victim is not trump, its our democracy. The effort to cast doubt on our systems of government and the core pillar of our society – the right to vote is repulsive.
Conversely, now trump is seeking to make his case to the SCOTUS to have millions of American citizens votes nullified. Another interesting fact is the locations he claims all of the fraudulent activity took place; yes, primarily areas with high populations of African American voters. Is that just a coincidence? I would say most likely not.
So far, our system of government has withstood the stress test, but at what cost? Division is growing and delusion has attempted to replace reality. The real victims are the American people both republican and democrat. A house divided against itself cannot stand. What disheartens me the most is the silence of those who claim to value the constitution, those who claim to honor the rule of law and those in their silence who disavow the truth. On November 4, 2020 the American people democratically elected Joe Biden as the next president of the United States. Nothing more nothing less. Any other claim is a baseless effort to divide and destroy the institutions of our Government. We should seek resolution and not support delusion.

As I read your comments, it reminded me of a posting I had read from another site. It was written by Steve Schmidt, who was John McCain’s campaign manager & a former GOP. I copied pasted it for you to read. When you talk about “divisiveness”. Steve Schmidt (former campaign manager to John McCain and lifelong Republican, newly registered Democrat):
“No, Biden’s rallies weren’t bigger. No, you didn’t see many Biden flags on houses or Biden bumper stickers on cars. No, you don’t know a single person on your street or at your church who supports Biden. But guess what? We’re here.
Biden’s rallies were small because people who live in reality don’t want to expose themselves to the virus you continue to downplay or deny. We don’t fly Biden flags because we don’t want our houses burned down. We don’t put Biden bumper stickers on our cars because we want to avoid becoming targets for road rage. We don’t trust you. We’ve decided to minimize our interactions with people who cannot be reasoned with. This is for our own safety.
In private groups – where you’re not invited – we share our bewilderment of your descent into madness. We all have stories about how we’ve cut ties with you, our family and former friends, because we don’t want your hatred poisoning our social media streams. We can’t stand to listen to you vomiting the lies of your cult, day after day. You used to be different. We liked you. But now that we know what was inside your heart all along, we’ve decided you don’t deserve to know about our lives.
We’ll skip family reunions, even after we get the vaccine. We’ll make up some excuse just to be polite. But in reality, we just don’t feel like sitting around eating potato salad and making small talk with people who have such monstrous beliefs.
To all the brothers and aunts and cousins and dads and neighbors out there who just can’t wrap their heads around what this means going forward, know that these scars aren’t going away anytime soon. We won’t be reaching out, and we won’t be mending fences. It’s not up to us to apologize for the wounds you have gleefully inflicted upon us and our friends. You poured the gasoline, you lit the match. You burned this to the ground.
So if we seem different from now on, I guess we are, in a way. We’ve seen your truth laid bare, and we’re horrified.
I hope Trump was worth it.”
Don’t post my name on the Steve Schmidt posting.
